This is a darling apt located in a walk up building - up FOUR FLIGHTS -

perfect for couples, friends or other small NON-SMOKING groups.

Sleeping here is great because the bedroom is quiet and can easily be made pitch black by closing the curtains, not to mention that the mattress is SUPER comfy and so are the pillows and 100% cotton sheets. I didn't skimp on the important stuff here. It does not feel like a hotel room, more like you are staying at a friends house, as I used to live here and still have photos and books in the space and on the walls. People seem to like the cozy feeling of this space and I hope you will too!

Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: credit card, paypal, bank transfers, cash or check

Check In: After 3 pm - flexible

Check Out: Before 11 am - flexible

Required Stay: 4+ nights

Deposits: Payment is due at the time of booking - if you need to pay over time, inquire. We are pretty flexible.

Lodging Tax: 4% if you pay via paypal or credit card.

Cancellation Policy: If you give us enough notice and we are able to rerent the space, you will get up to 90% of your money back.

Other Fees: $200 damage deposit (should be returned)

Other Policies: Smoking is not allowed in my spaces.
