Property Information

A Beautiful Antique Arts and Crafts Style Bungalow built in 1924 by Nelson M. Warner, as a charming summer home and hide-a-way retreat. Located in the very charming and nostalgic 'Manomet Bluffs' area. Private white sands beach allows for long strolls, kayaking, sunrises/moonrises over Cape Cod and Bay or just relaxing with a good book, family, friends and pets. Area attractions include Historic Plymouth sights such as Plymouth Plantation, Mayflower II and Plymouth Rock. There's also Deep Sea Fishing, Whale Watching, Harbor Cruises/Dinner Cruises, Golfing, Antiques, Restaurants, Beaches. You're 50 minutes South of Boston and 15 minutes North of Cape Cod Canal. Take the ferry from Hyannis, Plymouth or Falmouth to Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket and P-Town for a great day trip. But the best thing about this place, after a day of what ever fancies you.. taking the time to stop and enjoy the sea filled air and good company while you have a chance to do absolutely, nothing!

Peak Summer 2009 (June 27-Sept 25) - $2850/wk - min 5 nt stay

Fall/Winter 2009 (Sept 26-Jan 1) - $2370/wk and $1550/wkend - 2 nt min stay

Winter/Spring 2010 (Jan 2-May 15) - $1780/wk and $1100/wkend - 2 nt min stay

50% plus $250 cleaning deposit required up front to reserve stay. Balance due within 30 days of arrival.
In case of cancellation - $250 non-refundable - unless property is re-booked.
Check-in after 4pm and check-out before 11am

On site, you'll find a canoe & two single person kayaks to rent. Perfect for exploring Manomet Beach and White Horse Beach coast lines or try your hand at off shore fishing for striped bass, photography, sketching, exploring the low tides in around the rocky bluffs or just a great morning/ late afternoon work-out. Within a 5 minute walk from the house there's corner store, supermarket, liquor store, coffee shop, ice cream, sub/deli shop, pizza, yummy breakfast/lunch restaurants, Chinese, fresh sea food, Italian, Greek, a great little Thai take out place, P.O., library, churches, antique shop, plaster fun painting for rainy days, video/DVD rental, and more. In Town (a 10 minute drive) there are more restaurants (including Indian, Thai, Mexican, Wharf/Seafood Dining...), championship golf courses, antique shops, boutiques, museums, evening shows/dancing/outdoor & indoor concerts. Local History requires you visit the Plymouth Plantation at least once, Mayflower II & Ply Rock.

I have a friend in a wheelchair who comes to visit every year. She brings her own ramp to get up on the deck and then has wheelchair access into 1 bedroom/bath in the main house. For those going to the beach - there are 3 flights of stairs separated by a landing and lookout at the end of each flight. It's well worth the steps to the beach but take it slow if you're concerned about health issues and not used to stairs. They're not steep so kids will be fine - they usually do better than the parents...:) And I have never had any complaints from anyone about them.
