Property Description

Welcome to The Deckhouse, a beautifully remodeled luxury Anna Maria Island home just 3 houses off the beach!
This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home has been updated throughout and has a brand new pool with spa. The large windows throughout the home provide a ton of natural sunlight. The spacious kitchen is open to the living and dining room and has a convenient island to prepare all your meals. It even features a Keurig coffeemaker for a quick and convenient way to make your morning coffee and start the day off right! The washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen.
All of the bedrooms at The Deckhouse are located on the top floor. The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a soaking tub and shower, with balcony access.
The second bedroom has a king bed that shares the hallway bathroom and balcony access, and the third bedroom with a full bed with a twin bed and twin trundle.
There are incredible deck spaces for relaxing in the balmy and beautiful Florida weather. Front decks off of both the second and third floors, and new decks off the back of the house overlooking the new pool area - and from the top floor you can see the Gulf of Mexico and the incredible sunsets! If you need a break from the Florida sun you can sit under the covered deck under the house by the pool. The pool has both heating and cooling features so the temperature will always be just right for taking a dip! There is also an outdoor shower on the side of the house to rinse off the sand when you come in from a long day at the beach.
The location is just as great as the home. This walk is very easy to make if you go out the front door to the right, and walk past 3 houses to a beach access trail. Also just before the beach is the beginning of the Anna Maria bike path that will take you right down to Pine Ave along the beach. Watch the famous sunsets of Anna Maria Island out on the beach or venture up to The Sandbar restaurant for cocktails and food with a view.
