This five-bedroom and four-bath getaway features a private pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and a rooftop deck with fantastic views of the bay to the east and even the Sunshine Skyway to the north. Pack your bags for the best vacation yet! Highlights- Rooftop deck with water views- Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach- Private pool and hot tub- Near restaurants and shops- Outdoor kitchen- ElevatorIn the kitchen, you will find stunning cabinetry with culinary essentials and space for groceries, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and island seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely modern coastal seating area with a tv and a formal wood dining table, plus two separate entries to the front-facing balcony. The primary bedroom is like a private suite with a seating area, tv, and a private balcony with a small table and chairs for your cozy morning coffee with a view and access to the rooftop deck. The primary ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, tub, walk-in shower, gorgeous stone tile, and a walk-in closet! The second and third bedrooms are on the third floor and have bright beachy colors, private balconies, and share a hall bath with a walk-in shower. The downstairs bedrooms have bright beachy d cor, pool views, and their own ensuite bathrooms. Room Details -Primary Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, tub, and closet -Second Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed -Third Bedroom, 3rd floor: Queen bed -Fourth Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower -Fifth Bedroom, 2nd floor: Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with shower and tub combo Relax in the secluded, lushly landscaped backyard with a pool, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen with a grill. This home does not allow pets.There is no outdoor TV provided at this home. *Please note: 4 cars maximum can park at this home.
