Heading back up to the upper floor, there is an expansive deck with seating and a custom spiral staircase that leads up to the rooftop deck with breathtaking views of Palma Sola Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.Back downstairs, just beyond the two 2 car garages, is the backyard tropical oasis complete with deluxe heated pool, awesome waterslide, and swim-up Tiki table. There is room for everyone outside with both covered and open-air seating, multiple tables and a dry bar. Lounge by the pool while the rest of the family plays Ping Pong, Foosball, or grills up something delicious at the poolside BBQ grill.When you are ready to venture out, it is just a short stroll to Holmes Beach or you could choose to hit up the shopping and dining on Gulf Drive. For the more adventurous, hop the free trolley to Pine Avenue or Bridge Street. Finish your day with a cocktail (or two) on the rooftop deck while you bask in the glow of a Florida sunset.
