Tiki Sunshine is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home made up of 2 duplex sides. This rental offers a heated pool and is just a short 2-minute walk away from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Centrally located on the Island, guests are close to both the beach and to the wonderful amenities that the Island has to offer. A few of the finest Anna Maria Island restaurants are just a 2-minute walk away! Just five minutes away is the famous Pine Ave where you can take in the sights and local cuisines or wander through the local shops. Explore even further by taking the free island trolly that runs up and down the island or go by golf cart or bike!

This home features 2 kitchens, 2 living spaces, and 2 private entrances to each side. There is no connecting interior door to the 2 units. If you are looking for the full island experience, then this is the home for you!

There are 5 bedrooms. The Primary bedrooms have a King bed and attached bathroom. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have a Queen bed and the 5th bedroom has two Twins beds. The living areas and each bedroom are furnished with flat-screen TVs for moments not spent at the beach or exploring the island.

There are 4 bathrooms; the master bathrooms feature a walk-in shower, and the third and 4th bathrooms both feature a shower/tub combo.


Tiki Sunshine is centrally located with a private heated pool and plenty of tropical landscaping for privacy. It is a one-minute walk to the beach and conveniently close to all the island's local amenities. This property allows two parking spaces in the driveway.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. This property requires a 7 night stay as set forth by Holmes Beach’s Land Development Code. Occupancy may not exceed 10.
