Tucked away at the north end of town, it will feel like this is "your" beach! Literally steps to the beach! The closest beach access of any of our oceanfront homes - Perfect for families with small children. In winter months, the surf can come right up to the dunes in front of the house. Comfortable home with 2 sofa's in the living room, one of which is a sofa bed. Several other chairs here offer plenty of seating for all to enjoy the views of the surf! Oceanfront views from dining table. The chef in the family will delight over the oceanviews from the kitchen too! One of the 4 bedrooms (all with queen size beds) is located on lower level where the one full bath resides. The other 1/2 bath is upstairs. Several areas in the home can be used for small work stations including the bar area in the diningroom. Small deck in front that faces ocean has two picnic tables. Owner has flag pole and flag located in buffet in ding room, she encourages folks to fly the flag! Large garage holds two vehicles with one small one fitting side ways in front of garage, please do not block the very narrow gravel road here. Owner installing new carpet Dec. 2022. The property is now NO PETS ALLOWED!
