Beachside Villas 1022 offers the perfect space for a family vacation. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths it can sleep up to 9 guests comfortably. Relax as you're surrounded by cool blue hues and beautiful modern coastal touches.
Snuggle up on the sofa for movie night or enjoy ordering in from one of the amazing restaurants in the 30A area. The kitchen is well equipped should you want to whip up a home-cooked meal. The kitchen and living area open to each other for easy entertaining and family time. Outside on the patio is perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. There's a stackable washer and dryer at the end of the hall for your convenience and to help dry off the towels after a beach or pool day. The whole condo features updated wood-grain tile to make cleaning up all that powder-white sand a breeze!
For sleeping arrangements, the king master suite features balcony access and its own private bath. The 2nd guest bedroom has 2 twins and the 3rd guest bedroom has a queen plus a twin over full bunkbed. Plenty of room for the whole family!
You are just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico and Eastern Lake at the family-friendly atmosphere of the Beachside Villas. This is a great 30A location in Seagrove between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach!

The condo as beautiful! Pictures do not show how updated everything is in the condo. Spacious for large families especially with children. Main sliding door needs some attention, hard to close with out pulling hard. Floors very dirty upon check in (turned feet black). They did send some one to clean the floors, but she said she would only be 15 mins. We got back from eating and didn’t even look recleaned. Pool was not cleaned each night, also people were swimming after 10pm. Lots of hair and trash in the pool in the mornings. Overall wonderful stay. We will stay again just a unit closer to the beach.

This was the 30th winter we have stayed at Beach Side Villas. We have may friends there both from home and new ones. We like the unit but dislike the floor through the unit. It has an uneven surface and is very dirty. The bathroom are especially and there isn't a tool to clean them. I would not walk on them in bsre feet. After the virus problems we are currently experiencing they floor would be a big negative. The kitchen and bathroom floors are particularly bad. Imagine living in a dirty house where it is impossible to clean the floors. I like the unit and the placement of it. I miss the vertical blinds. FIX THE FLOOR!!!
