Our home is professionally clean using a COVID-19 rated disinfectant as per the WHO. This beautiful, renovated historic Treme home is the perfect place to stay while in New Orleans. Enjoy a stress free New Orleans visit, with all the amenities. The French Quarter is within walking distance. All of our properties have been vetted by SUPERHOG. This is a globally recognized trust and security company that allows guests to transact in confidence. SUPERHOG will confirm your booking directly with you. This includes ID verification, deposit collection and payment. You can choose to pay either a $500 refundable security deposit (+ admin fee) or $35 damage waiver. Both cover you for any accidental damage that may occur during the stay. Check-in begins at 4pm the day of your arrival. A $50 charge will be added for a cleaner who will assist with the maintenance of the property. If you plan to check in after 12:30pm, you will need to reserve the night before at a discounted rate. The French Quarter can be reached in 8 minutes by walking up the Estate-lined Esplanade Ave. Frenchmen Street, with its jazz clubs, is located just 5 minutes down Esplanade Ave. The Blue Bike Rental Stations are located only 2 blocks away, on Esplanade and Derbigny. You can leave your bike at any of the stations located around the city. Uber/Lyft will cost you $5 to get to the French Quarter/Downtown. St. Claude Streetcar Line is only 5 blocks away.
