Our home is professionally cleaned and sanitized using properly rated disinfectant for COVID-19, as outlined by the WHO. This beautifully renovated historic home in Treme is the perfect spot for your stay in New Orleans! With all the amenities you could ask for and within walking distance to the French Quarter, you can enjoy a stress-free visit to New Orleans! *Important: Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG - a globally recognized trust and safety company that allows hosts and guests to confidently transact. -Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly by SUPERHOG to complete your booking validation, which includes ID verification and the deposit collection. -You will be given the choice between paying a $500 refundable deposit (+ admin fee) or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver, with both covering you for any accidental damage caused during your stayIf you have questions you need answered before securing your booking, or you simply want to talk with us first, reach out to us with an inquiry before a reservation request. Normal check-in time is 4pm on the arrival date. For check-in's from 12:30pm - 4:00pm, it's an extra $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-in before 12:30pm would require booking the previous night at a much-discounted rate. By Car •8 Min to the French Quarter •7 Min to Bourbon Street •7 Min to Frenchmen Street •10 Min to City Park •13 Min to the Riverwalk Outlet •20 Min to the Airport The French Quarter is a 10 minute walk up the Estate lined Esplanade Ave and the Jazz Club filled Frenchmen Street is just 5 minutes further down Esplanade Avenue. There is a Blue Bike Rental Stations just 2 blocks away on Esplanade and Derbigny where you can pick up a bike and stations around the city to drop them off at! Uber/Lyft would be $5 to get to the French Quarter/Downtown. St. Claude Streetcar line only 5 blocks away! We also partner with a professional transportation company to provide discounted rates to/from the airport and even luxury shuttle and limo services to our guests! Street parking cannot be guaranteed and when utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere by city and state laws.
