This spacious, serene space can be found near many Uptown activities and attractions. This is a completely remodeled second unit in the Lower Garden District. It's located just one block away from Magazine Street. Our condo is located just a few steps away from some of the city's best bars and restaurants. It offers a great neighbourhood vibe while being just a stone's thrown away from the action in downtown. We are proud of our property. We live just around the corner and are always available for any assistance. Parking is available right in front of our house. Smaller cars are not allowed on our street. We are only one house away. Check-in begins at 4 pm on the day of arrival. A $50 charge will be added for a cleaner who will assist with the maintenance of the property. You will need to book a night in advance if you want to check in before 12:30. Contact host for details.
This unit is a second unit located behind the main house. Just a few blocks away is the famous St. Charles Streetcar Line. The cost is $1.25 for a single person or $3 per day. Driving: It takes approximately 8 minutes to drive to the French Quarter/Downtown. Uber/Lyft is $5-7 to the French Quarter/Downtown. All our guests will receive new Lyft or Uber Promo Codes. Airport Transportation: The Little Flea NOLA market features handcrafted jewelry and antiques from around the area. Vintage Mardi Gras costume are also available. Magazine Street has a stretch of antique shops and clothing stores. Coliseum Square, Annunciation Square and other local gathering places are popular.
