Boone, Valle Crucis, and Banner Elk are all located approximately 12 miles away. Appalachian Ski Mountain is approximately 9 miles away from Tweetsie Railroad. Hawksnest Snow Tubing and Zip Lines and Sugar Mountain Ski Resort are both located approximately 14 miles apart. Beech Mountain Ski Resort is located approximately 21 miles away. Grandfather Mountain is less than 15 miles from this property. This property is accessible all year round due to its level parking, level entry and level front yard. The garage offers both direct parking as well as lower-level access. The rear decks are a wide extension of the house, and provide both covered and open-air outdoor living space. Front porches are covered. You will enter the central foyer through the front door. The living room is next. The living room has vaulted wood floors and vaulted ceilings. The dining area has six seats and is surrounded with a wall of windows overlooking the mountains. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and is fully equipped. The main master bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV and views of the long range. The master suite also has a full-sized bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. A laundry room is available with a washer/dryer, as well as a separate laundry area. On the main floor is a second queen bedroom with vaulted-ceilings and HDTV. The adjacent bathroom has a tub/shower combo and serves the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The lower level provides direct access to a one-car garage as well as a half bathroom. The large king-sized suite bedroom has a HDTV with mountain views. A full bathroom is also available, complete with a bathtub. The game room and den can be found on the view-side of this home.
