Property Description
Londono's Paradise is a charming four-bedroom mountain house with a hot tub and long-range views. The house also has a garage with a table of air hockey, a gameroom, and a nice backyard. This house is only three miles away from the slopes of Beech Mountain Ski Resort and less than three minutes away from downtown Banner Elk. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort is six miles away. Hawksnest Snow Tubing & Ziplines can be found thirteen miles away. Grandfather Mountain is about 14 miles away. Valle Crucis and Boone, Blowing Rock and Boone can all be reached in 30 minutes.
The main floor has a large open kitchen, dining room and great room. It also has wood floors and custom-made wood furniture. The large windows offer floor-to ceiling views. If you look straight ahead, the top of Sugar Mountain is visible. The kitchen features granite countertops, black and stainless steel appliances. The butcher block island in the center has additional seating. The dining table is made from the live edge slab. The adjacent island as well as the dining table can comfortably seat up to 10 people. The great room has a gas log fire place, a brick hearth and expansive views of the mountains.
You can leave the greatroom and venture to the patio where Adirondacks chairs surround a propane-fire pit table. Around the corner from the dining room is a private outdoor living space. The porch swing faces the view and features a gas barbecue, a live-edge outdoor counter, and a vaulted ceiling. The outdoor living area is complemented by a dollhouse/playhouse. It has a small porch with vaulted roofs and an interior. It gives children a fun and safe place to explore their imaginative side. A six-person hottub is located on a lower deck below the patio. The large yard has a wood-burning fire pit, which is perfect for winter sledding and family fun all year round.
The main floor contains three bedrooms as well as a full bathroom. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an HDTV, and direct access to bathroom. The bathroom is also accessible through the hallway. It has a double granite vanity, a shower, and a tub. The second bedroom features a queen-size mattress, an HDTV, and mountain views. The third bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, twin trundle beds and an HDTV.
Downstairs, there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The game room/den has a large HDTV with DVD player, and a jukebox which can be used as Bluetooth speaker. Air hockey is also available. The bunk room downstairs has two twin-over-full bunks, an electric fireplace, and a view. A full bathroom is located downstairs with a large shower and granite vanity. Guests can park in the garage, which has a capacity of two cars. The lower level is accessible via an interior door. All five HDTVs are WiFi enabled and can view digital programming. Londono's Paradise does not currently have air conditioning. The temperature rarely exceeds 50 degrees. You can enjoy the cool mountain air by using ceiling fans and large windows.
Sleeps 3 comfortably, maximum 4 Downstairs Bunk room with 2 Twin over Full Bunk beds and 1 Twin Trundle bed (sleeps 5, maximum 7). Sleeps comfortably 3 people, maximum of 4 Downstairs bunk room with 2 Twin Over Full Bunk Beds and 1 Twin Trundle Bed (sleeps maximum of 7). The house can accommodate up to 15 people with beds and trundles. We only allow 12 guests at one time.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Cancel within 24 hours to receive a refund. Cancellations more than 30 days before arrival will result in 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are not eligible for refunds. If you have travel coverage and the reason of cancellation is covered, you can get the full amount back.
