Summit Haven is a 2BR 2BA Mountain Home centrally located between Boone & Blowing Rock. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the covered wrap-around terrace! Relax in the rocking chair or glide on the porch swing to get a taste of High Country life. No mountain trip is complete without s’mores by the fire!  
Enjoy the open floor plan and beautiful vaulted ceilings in the main living room. The stone fireplace with gas logs is the focal point of the living room. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room is spacious and can accommodate six guests.  
The master bedroom, located on the main floor, has a king size bed, a full bathroom shared, and a laundry room. The loft upstairs has a large TV with a gaming system and a pullout couch. A queen-sized bedroom and a full bathroom are also available. You will enjoy a stunning view from almost any part of the home.  
Enjoy the entertainment area downstairs! Foosball, air hockey and other games are sure to make anyone laugh and have fun.  
Summit Haven has something for everyone! You're only 15 minutes from local attractions like Tweetsie Railroad Amusement Park and Appalachian Ski Mountain. Also, Blowing Rock Tanger Outlets and Doc's Rocks Gem Mining are nearby. Take a scenic drive along the Blue Ridge Parkway, which offers hiking and picnicking opportunities. Downtown Blowing Rock is home to delicious restaurants, artisan shops, and a large park for families. Summit Haven offers so much to do and see!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours and receive a refund in full. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will not be refunded. If you have purchased travel insurance, and the reason of the cancellation is covered by the policy, you can recover the full amount.
