Welcome to Wildlife Manor!   Wildlife Manor has a central location, large, open common areas, and a new 84 jet hot tub. It is ideal for family gatherings. This home is perfect for a large retreat for the family. It has amenities for all ages, and can sleep up to 21 people. Starlink Satellite Internet provides high-speed WiFi.   The lower level has a theater with leather seating for seven people and other seating options. The 115-inch screen is accompanied by an eight-speaker sound system, NFL Sunday Ticket and a surround sound system. The numerous game tables, as well as the new 84-jet spa, provide an abundance of activities for all ages.   Over the garage is a large bonus space. It has a flat screen TV with Direct TV and a Play Station 4(PS4). There are also multiple sleeping areas. It is a great place for children and infants to play with the infant toys, rocking chair and padded letter and numbers floor puzzle. During peak periods, a longer stay is required. This property does NOT allow two-night stays.   Parking Note: This home only allows six (6) cars to park. Please contact us if you have more than six (6) vehicles. We can arrange to park them at our offices, and carpool if necessary. All vehicles must have proper insurance.   *** Access *** The last mile of this home is accessed by a steep paved road. The road is plowed during winter, but 4WD and AWD vehicles may be required from November to April due to the possibility of winter weather. In the winter, chains may be required in addition to 4WD. The last 200 yards are steep gravel and cannot be cleared from snow or ice. Renters are responsible for any injuries resulting from road use, and any damage caused to the road by their use. Snow melting is prohibited as it can damage the road. The driveway and parking area are flat once you arrive at the house.   MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BOOK   CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel your booking within 24 hours and receive a refund in full. If you cancel your booking more than 60 calendar days before arrival you will receive half of the amount paid. Cancellations made within 60 days of the arrival date will not be refunded. If you have purchased travel insurance, and the reason of the cancellation is covered by the policy, you can recover the full amount.
