Welcome to Sunset Beech!
Sunset Beech is a spectacular spacious home with sweeping views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It can accommodate up to 17 guests in seven (7) bedrooms with five and a quarter (5.5) bathrooms. This three (3)-level home features a den with hot tub, pool table, multiple stone fireplaces, gourmet kitchen and a theater style loft.
Beech Mountain Ski Resort, three (3) miles from the hotel, offers guests skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter, and National Championship mountain biking trails for all skill levels in the summer. Buckeye Recreation Center is only a 15-minute drive away. It offers hiking, a large playground, fishing, canoeing and paddle boating. Within fifteen (15) minutes, guests will find their favorite local restaurants. A few miles away, the quaint town Banner Elk offers groceries, gas stations and shopping.
The wall of windows on the main floor will impress guests. A large flat-screen television is mounted above a double-sided wood-burning fire place with a large, comfortable sectional couch. The other side is open to the dining and kitchen area, which adds ambiance when dining or preparing food in the well-equipped gourmet. A large covered porch is available outside with a gas grill and fireplace built-in. There are plenty of places to relax. The loft-style TV area with a large flat screen TV has another oversized sofa. The second living room downstairs, with its regulation-size pooltable and leather furniture surrounding the TV, will be a favorite hangout spot for those who want to enjoy even more space. The stacked stone fireplace opens both sides. On the other side, there is a wet-bar and a futon for lounging. This provides another sleeping option. On the lower covered deck, you'll find a ping-pong table.
The main level also has a bright kids' room with a full bed and an anteroom with a twin over full bunk, a trundle below, and a full-size futon. On the main floor, there is also a bright children's room with a queen-sized bed, an anteroom that has a twin bunk over a full, a trundle underneath, and a futon. The upper level has a queen-sized bedroom and a fun camping room for kids with two twin beds. The upstairs also has a sleeping area with a full size bed. This room is not a bedroom because it has no exit, but guests can use it to sleep if they wish. A queen suite is located downstairs with a TV and a private bathroom. It also has deck access. A second room downstairs has a king-sized bed, access to the hallway bathroom, a television, and deck access.
Sunset Beech offers WiFi, a washer/dryer, and Smart TVs that use the Spectrum app to receive cable service. Guests can log in to their accounts to access other streaming options. This home has central heating on the main level and lower levels, and electric baseboards on the upper floor. The main floor has central air conditioning. There is no a/c on the lower or upper floors. Enjoy the cool mountain breeze at an elevation of over 5,000 feet. The garage is not open to guests.
The cabin has a sloped paved driveway with ample parking for five or six cars and no steps leading to the main entrance. This home does not allow pets.

Beech Mountain Club
Guests who have a reservation with Sunset Beech may apply for a membership to the Beech Mountain Club for the dates of their reservation.
BMC policies apply to a membership transfer.
Guests will receive an email containing instructions, BMC transfer policies and the transfer application. The guest must submit this to the club at least three days before the transfer start date. This date cannot be earlier than your arrival date. BMC charges a membership transfer fee of $200 to guests upon check-in. Memberships begin at the social level. BMC will accept additional fees from guests to upgrade their membership. BMC is the only company that administers transfers. Carolina Cabin Rentals has no affiliation with BMC. CANCELLATION POLICY:
You can cancel your booking within 24 hours and receive a refund in full. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to arrival, you'll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will not be refunded. If you have purchased travel insurance, and the reason of the cancellation is covered by the policy, you can recover the full amount.
