Lots of recent upgrades include a brand new kitchen, new furniture and decor. Sit on the screen porch and watch the dolphins swim by or just enjoy the quiet of your private location - literally the "Last House" on Point St. This home has a screen porch on the front and the back. The kitchen is tucked away on the back left side of the house, but opens into the dining and living room. This home has beautiful pine floors and paneling. The left front bedroom(beachview) has a king size bed(with TV) and private bath(tub/shower). The right front bedroom(beachview) has a queen size bed. The back right bedroom has a double and a set of bunk beds. The bedrooms on this side of the house share a bath(tub/shower) between the two rooms. The fourth bedroom is downstairs. This room will have a triple bunk bed, bath with shower, and a separate entrance. This comfortable home is the perfect spot for a wonderful family vacation on Edisto Beach.
No Smoking, No Linens. Internet Service is available. HOUSE NOW HAS CENTRAL HEATING AND AIR and a R/O water system in the kitchen. This home rents for weeks only June, July, and August. Will rent for shorter stays Sept - May.
