Property Description

Very comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bath pool home. Just 1.5 blocks to beautiful Sombrero Beach (less than 500 steps). Well landscaped lot adds to the privacy. Three queen size beds (one of the queen bedrooms has a 40" TV) and two twins. 28' of Deep-water dockage with quick access. 3 TV's, one with a HDDVR. CD Player, small stereo, gas grill. A very pleasant home in a great location! 13X28 10X15 Tikki Hut to gather under for lots of shade!

4 bicycles (2 men's and 2 women's), 1 double and 2 single kayaks w/oars and life jackets. We are happy to supply these items, however, they MUST be put back in their proper places upon departure to avoid a $40 service charge.
Hi Speed internet wireless, Fish cleaning table, bait freezer. 35' X 10.6' screened porch for your enjoyment. Basic cable TV.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS **NO CANDLES**
All hoses must be totally shut off upon departure.
