This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is a great vacation spot for vacationers on a budget. Recently remodeled from top to bottom it has tile floors throughout and new baths and kitchen. The living, dining and kitchen areas are all open to each other with windows and a sliding glass door overlooking the waterfront, just steps away!

The master bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed and private bath. A second vanity sink in the bedroom makes getting ready for dining out easy after a day of adventures. The bath has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a full size bed and the hall bath is steps away. The hall bath has a great roomy tiled shower.

The outdoor patio area wraps around the waterfrontage to the side of the house for more sitting areas. Great views of the open water down the canal and quick boating access to the ocean or Vaca Cut. Fish cleaning table on the dock. Currently the dock is approximately 20' in length.

Parking is limited at the house, two vehicles if one is a compact. Trailer storage is available, complimentary, at our office trailer lot which is just across US1 from the home's neighborhood.

The home has 3 split system A/C units, one in the living area and one in each bedroom, ideal for cooling areas separately. 3 Flat panal TV's, one in the living area and one in each bedroom. The home now offers wifi internet service by Comcast. The kitchen is well equipped but does not have a dishwasher.

Fall Discount: $750.00 per week (except for Thanksgiving week)

All rental rates are plus a $35 booking fee, $125 cleaning fee, 12.5% sales tax and a refundable $500 reservation/security deposit
