Great Ocean View Studio on the 7th floor! Large studio with central AC. Please review the property description and pictures carefully prior to booking, and call/email if you have any questions. We want to ensure you have a wonderful experience with us. Ka'anapali Shores is an Oceanfront Resort. Unit 734 has Central AC and the studio faces northwest with great ocean views. Located in Kaanapali just 10 minutes north of downtown Lahaina. Enjoy the beautiful lobby, koi ponds, tropical grounds, and many resorts onsite amenities! This 7th-floor studio is a comfortable spacious interior 507 sq. ft and lanai is 93 sq. ft. Total sq. ft. is 600. Affordable, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with amazing views of the ocean, island of Molokai, and the West Maui Mountains! Wake up every morning and have coffee on your large lanai and watch the whales play offshore between November and April. This studio has good natural light and refreshing tropical breezes. The lanai faces North so it does not get the direct heat of the sun. If you need extra cooling on warmer days there is CENTRAL AC. Resort Internet is free 5G Wi-Fi (500Mbps). The internet provider and cable TV is Oceanic Spectrum. This nicely decorated, updated home has new island furnishing, tile flooring throughout, ceiling fan, pendant lights, and original artwork by the artist owner. Remodeled full-size kitchen with large counter space. Dishwasher, electric stove/oven, microwave, and full-size refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils for preparing meals at home. Comfortably sleeps 2 people on a Queen size bed. Office chair with portable desk with adjustable height for sitting or standing office. Walk directly to the beach in front of the condo and observe turtles foraging on the reef. Great for sunset time! Enjoy a dip in one of the two swimming pools and two hot tubs. This resort has many amenities: Sundry store is open from 7 am to 11 pm to purchase almost any item you need. There is a clothing store, full fitness center/gym, yoga (small fee)! Experience a taste of luxury at the onsite spa and salon. Enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner at the Beach Club restaurant with live music most nights and Hula dancing by the oceanfront pool every Wednesday night. The front desk is open 24/7. There is underground parking to shade your car from the heat of the sun and plenty of outdoor parking. There is a security and parking attendant at the entrance of the resort. If you have a rental car there is a $9 per day parking fee that the resort collects when you check in. Important: We are not part of the hotel reservation system, and there is no daily room service. You do have use of the common grounds, pool, hot tub, restaurant/pool bar, shops, stores, beauty salon, spa and gym (for additional membership fee). This is a privately owned studio that rents for less if you are looking to save money. The unit is cleaned prior to your arrival and stocked with start-up supplies. The studio is cleaned again upon check-out time. If you need new supplies, linens, towels, bed remade, and additional spruce up clean, we do offer this additional service for a fee. Please ask if you are interested in this service. Across the street from Kaanapali Shores is a major grocery store Times Market, nail salon, medical center, UPS store, boutique shops, additional restaurants, including the popular, eclectic Java Jazz with nightly entertainment and dining, and Slappy Cakes for breakfast until closing! Visit the local farmer's market with organic fresh produce just down the street. This tropical paradise is a short distance from award-winning restaurants Roys, The Point at Merriman's, the Sea House, and Duke's. Whaler's Village shopping center has first class shops and dining. One of our favorites is the Hula Grill. Be sure to check for happy hour menus at most restaurants. You are very close to the famous Black Rock on Ka'anapali Beach and also popular snorkeling spots Airport Beach, Napili Bay, Kapalua Bay, and Honolua Bay. World renown golf courses including Kapalua Golf Course on the Plantation Golf Course are a short drive away. Kapalua Airport is just a mile away (interisland flights). Check-in 4:00 PM Check-out 10:00 AM *Early check-in and late check-out must be requested in advance. If Guest does not check out at designated time there will be a penalty of up to one extra night charge. *Every Maui Vision property listed is a NON-SMOKING home; be it inside the unit or outside on the lanai (balcony) or hallways. A designated smoking area outdoors & away from the building. There is a $200 fine for smoking. Any costs to remove the smell or damage of the smoke will either be covered by the guest in violation of this policy. *Guest will be charged for extra cleaning if the unit is left excessively dirty or damaged the unit beyond normal wear and tear. If you think there is a chance you will have to cancel your trip, please consider purchasing trip insurance from the company we recommend (Yonder Insurance) and mention Kauai Vision Rentals sent you. Yonder gives back with every travel insurance policy sold and was started with a social mission in mind. "We will feed a hungry child for a week with every policy purchased." Providing meals for kids in Nepal and Burma. As Yonder grows more meals are provided to these remote places. Any tax increases requested by the State of Hawaii will be passed along to guests. This privately owned vacation condo is operated in full compliance with Hawaii law. General Excise and Transient Accommodation taxes are collected and transmitted to the State of Hawaii on all rentals.
