This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is easy in and out on the first level, no elevators required. Enjoy the convenience of the full kitchen- equipped with microwave, fridge, oven, stove, toaster, blender, coffeemaker, dishes utensils- and gather around the dining table with friends and family for a delicious homemade meal. The living area also features a flat-screen TV equipped with cable. The balcony offers another dining table for all to enjoy at any time .
The first bedroom offers a plush King bed with an en-suite bathroom and a flat screen TV. The second bathroom offers a wonderful plush Queen bed , with a bathroom en-suite and a flat screen TV
On site this resort offers several different dining opportunities, from The Landing Restaurant , to Bottles and Bites to the newly opened Bruno's at the Golf Club House. Walk to any of these, when desired . The pools in the resort are wonderful for all ages, with a separate dedicated children's pool at the larger pool/ aquatic center. There is tennis, pickle ball, golf ( so bring those clubs !) , playground and a basketball setting. The indoor pool and fitness center are located at the main Club Pool House. The beach is located just below this condo complex, for those that prefer a convenient smaller beach area. Walking trails and more are offered in this resort and the State Park is only a mile down the road, if mountain biking and hiking is more your style
Please note, the condo occupancy is limited to 4 occupants over the age of 2 , in accordance with County laws. No pets allowed in this condo. Note, the golf is extra, as well as any restaurant meals you may order.
