All new appliances, fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful dining room with vaulted ship-lapped ceiling, with a dining room table for 6. The kitchen is all new with an island sink and countertop that can seat an additional 4 people.

The living room boasts a 55" Smart TV with a 125 channel cable package. The big game can be enjoyed from a comfy sofa and a couple of easy chairs. The open floor plans allows for multiple activities. You can be cooking, eating, putting a puzzle together and watching the game with everyone gathered together in one big open space. The beautiful décor throughout and particular attention to detail is obvious.

The downstairs master bedroom has a king bed with a 50" Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a pack and play with sheets in the master bedroom closet. The second downstairs bedroom has a California King, 43" Smart TV and shares a hallway full bathroom. The laundry room is off the hallway and convenient to both bedrooms.

Upstairs one of the bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a queen bunk bed with a twin on top. Both bedrooms have 43" Smart TV's with a full bathroom situated between the two bedrooms.

Games can be found in the buffet cabinet in the dining room and corn-hole is in the garage. There is also a playroom with ping pong table and TV! The back deck has a nice gas grill and a fire-pit in the back yard for those cool fall and winter evenings.

You are only 3/4 mile from the famous Southern Soul BBQ and 2 miles the the entrance to Sea Palms and all of its golfing opportunities. The beaches and pier/village area are an easy bike or golf cart ride away. 2 miles to the nearest beach access point and 2.5 miles into the village.
