Located 1 block to the quartz-white sands of Siesta Beach and an easy stroll or bike ride to Siesta Village for shopping and restaurants.This rental is updated throughout with beachy hues, tile floors, an elevator, and a fenced backyard that surrounds the heated pool w/ jacuzzi to sink into after a day exploring. Spend your mornings on the private balconies with pool views while you chat over coffee, take a walk through the serene neighborhoods, and live the island dream!

Arrive to a driveway and 2 car garage to accommodate your guests. The ground floor of the home has a family room with a queen sleeper sofa, flat panel tv, and direct access to the outdoor living and pool area. Make way upstairs or by elevator to the main living level on the 2nd floor where there's ample space in the great room to unwind on the plush sofas with a gas fireplace to use on those occasional cool nights, and prepare a home cooked meal to enjoy around the dining table. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of granite counter space to meal prep, a large kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar. Open up the sliding doors to the balcony to enjoy the island breezes anytime of day. On this floor you also have a half bathroom and laundry room to use at your convenience.

On the 3rd level of the home your first, 2 guest bedrooms highlight queen beds and share a jack and jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Your 3rd bedroom is a king bed that shares a jack and jill bathroom with the 4th bedroom which is styled with 2 queen beds. The top 4th level of this spacious home is reserved, for the primary suite featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, den with fireplace and skylights, a wet bar w/ wine fridge, and private terrace. The ensuite bathroom is sure to refreshen your senses when you soak in the jetted tub or step into the glass enclosed shower with upgraded shower heads.
