Your family will enjoy spending your vacation getaway in the setting of this home — with its waterfront conservancy path softly covered in a natural layer of pine needles and pine cones, including the fresh scent of the swaying white pines overhead.

This quiet bay leads into Castle Rock Lake, the 4th largest Inland lake in WI, with 13,600 acres for all your watersport and boating pleasures! Enjoy the solitude sitting on your covered front porch overlooking this natural bay, or from the back deck off the dining area where you will grill your favorite meals and gather for an evening cocktail. Gather around the open campfire pit gazing into the night sky, roasting marshmallows, and recounting your daily adventures and exciting experiences.

Timber Ridge boasts a high cathedral great room with gas stone fireplace and many high windows to take in the beauty and serenity of this natural view. This open-concept main level living area includes the kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room and walk-out to the back deck. There are two bedrooms on this ground level … the master bedroom with master bath (separate shower and jet tub), and another bedroom with pocket door access to the adjoining hall bath.

On the upper level is a pleasant sitting area overlooking the great room, full bath, and 2 more bedrooms. The lower level offers a large carpeted entertaining room with foosball table (to challenge friends and family to a friendly game), wet-sink counter bar, extra dining area, futon and a full bath. Vacation Rental Policies


Payment may be made in the form of personal check, money order, certified, cashier's check or PayPal credit card processing. If using credit card, there will be an additional convenience fee per transaction. Final balance, tax and security deposit is due 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL and may be paid in the form of personal check, money order, or PayPal credit card invoice, which will be emailed to you.

Check In:

Our standard rental period begins on Fridays, check-in anytime after 4pm ... and ends the following Friday at 10am, While we accept shorter stays, that stay must typically fall within the Fri-Fri timeframe (not branching between 2 weeks).

Required Stay

During the prime summer season, we have a minimum 4-night stay. During the value-season, we have a minimum 3-night stay. BOOK FOR 5 NIGHTS, RECEIVE THE 6TH AND 7TH NIGHTS FREE! Some owners may accept a shorter stay than the minimum (short-stay cleaning fee will apply).

Lodging Tax(es)

5.5% state and local tax

Cancellation Policy

Reservations cannot be held without a 50% deposit; refundable if cancelled with at least 60 days notice prior to arrival date (minus a 10% administration fee of the base rental amount). A refund with less than 60 days notice, possible only if home can be rented during that time.


Security Deposit... In addition to your rental charge, a security deposit is held on behalf of the homeowner & returned within 14 days of departure if no charges are accrued. The security deposit is equal to the prime season nightly rate listed above or a minimum of $400 (whichever is greater).

This amount is refunded within 14 days of departure, barring any damages or failures to comply with our rental policies. If damage to the premises occurs in excess of the security deposit, the primary renter agrees to be held liable and charges will be made to the credit card listed on the Guest Data Sheet.

Other Fees

If owner will accept a stay shorter than our required seasonal stay, an additional short-stay cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.

Other Policies

In order to BOOK your reservation, you must call the Cottage Keeper to receive your unique reservation number. A reservation deposit of 50% of the total base rent is due within 10 days of booking.
Persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
Bookings require a 2-week advance reservation.
