Property Description
My place is close to Talking Stick Pavillon for concerts, Cardinal's Football Stadium, Coyote's Hockey Stadium, and many spring training stadiums! The pool can be heated for an extra $75/day. We need a week advance notice to heat the pool! This home would be great for family reunions, snow birds and girls/guys trips! Ask the host about discounts to GOLF!
Please note that during the Winter months the ability to heat a pool is affected by the ambient temperatures outdoors. If temperatures reach below 45°F the pool heater will no longer be effective in heating the pool.
Must be 25 years or older to rent. Renting person must be staying in the home.

This 3169sqft two bedroom house offers lake views, private pool and overall great experiences! Located near a small park with Ramada and fishing pier, there is nothing short of activities in this home.

Guest Access:
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check in both afternoon and night!
Interaction with Guests:
We are here for you, as our guest, as much or as little as you need us! We cannot fix issues without knowing about them during your stay. Please report via your appropriate channel messenger first, during business hours of 7am-7pm, if it is not an utter emergency, and we do our best to respond within an hour. If there is an emergency that needs our attention right away please contact our business line immediately! Otherwise, we like to respect our guest's privacy and will leave you to enjoy your time in our home!

Our neighbors are our friends! We love that we can share our home with our guests and ask that everyone abide by the quiet hours from 10pm-7am so that we can continue to serve our guests without disrupting our great neighborhood. If you're looking for more night time fun, our team of concierge can help make arrangements for an evening on the town!

We enjoy that our home is easily accessible with Ubers or Lyfts for those who do not rent a car or drive in for their family vacation! Our team of concierge is here to assist our guests with enjoying the city of Avondale, but if you're looking for a quiet time and prefer to find those items on your own we provide great info in our welcome binders!
