Property Description

Situated opposite UpTown shopping area, this stylish two bedroom apartment will comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests including the use of a double bed in the third bedroom/den.  Our newly refurbished top floor apartment has amazing city views with its own west facing private balcony allowing stunning sunsets to pour in.



The master queen sized bedroom has an adjoining ensuite bathroom, with a second full bathroom down the hallway.  The apartment has an open living concept throughout the main living and dining areas.  The lounge includes an electric fireplace for those wet and wintery evenings but you'll find a fan for warmer nights in the closet.  There's a flat screen TV including a Netflix account ready for you.



The kitchen has an electric oven with stove top, a large sized fridge freezer, microwave and coffee machine.  The condo has it's own laundry facilities in-suite should you need them throughout your stay.



UpTown is a popular and large shopping area with clothing stores, boutiques, grocery stores, a library, banks, fitness centre and restaurants and has tree lined streets and a splash park, which is fully operational during the summer months! If you're looking for restaurants, you can find Brown's Social House, Erito Sushi, Sizzling Tandoor Restaurant, The Noodle Box and more.  For coffee shops, you'll find Starbucks, David's Tea and the Good Earth Coffee House.  



Whole Foods Market and Walmart SuperCentre are at UpTown and Save On Foods is steps away on the opposite side of the road.  If you fancy eating a little further away, Bin 4 Burgers or Red Robins are both a 10 minute walk.  In that same location is Mayfair Mall, an indoor mall with food court and stores for all your needs!



Tillicum Mall is a 15 minute walk down the Galloping Goose and provides a Cineplex Cinema, as well as clothes stores, Starbucks, London Drugs, doctors office (accepts walk-in patients) A&W Burger restaurant.  The Gorge river inlet is a 20 minute walk away and provides a scenic backdrop to walk, sit or canoe/kayak.



Both Camosun College Interurban and Lansdowne Campuses are a 15 minutes drive away (in opposite directions) and UVIC is a similar time frame.



Blanshard Street, the main thoroughfare linking to Downtown Victoria, Patricia Bay Highway (highway 17)  and the Trans-Canada (highway 1) is minutes away. 



You can head downtown to walk around the Inner Harbour, The Fairmont Empress, Royal BC Museum, BC Legislative Buildings, Fan Tan Alley in China Town, The Bug Zoo, Miniature World, Dallas Road, Ogden Point, Craigdarroch Castle, Beacon Hill Park and more. In Brentwood Bay, you'll find the renowned Butchart Gardens and Butterfly Gardens.
