Following Seas is THE home for those who want to be close to the water! Just steps to the sand, this five-bedroom, five-bath oceanfront sanctuary is perfect for families and groups of up to ten. Tucked behind privacy-insuring landscaping, this retreat boasts multiple outdoor spaces-including a very deep covered front porch (newly upgraded with beautiful IPE hardwood), offering a variety of sunny and shady sitting and dining areas. These refuges are where you’ll unwind, breathing in the salt air while enjoying a cup of joe or a glass of wine and marveling at spectacular Atlantic sunrises and sunsets.<br />

But your ocean views won’t end outside! Inside, the open floor plan grants breathtaking ocean tableaus from every sunbathed area. The spacious, light-filled living space also features comfy seating-perfect for relaxing and cozy conversations, a vaulted ceiling, multiple sliding doors to the waterfront deck, and a huge masonry fireplace. The cheery sunroom provides additional seating along with a game table and a flat-screen TV. The dining area flows from the sunroom, living space, and kitchen, and houses a handsome set that comfortably accommodates ten. Just beyond are three barstools at the breakfast bar. Savor bites at one of these locations indoors or dine alfresco at the set on the oceanfront porch! The sunlit, family-friendly kitchen features stainless appliances, granite counters, plenty of storage, and a separate wet bar. Three bedrooms are also located on this level. The oceanfront King Owners Suite offers a private dressing area, a spa-like en suite, a TV, and private access to the large deck. A second King suite also grants fantastic ocean prospects and private porch access, as well as its own TV and full en suite. An additional King bedroom proffers gorgeous ocean aspects and porch access, too, and uses the full bath located just across the hall.<br />

Upstairs, the second oceanfront King Owners' Suite is vaulted and pampers with an en suite and its own private balcony. Another bedroom is furnished with two Twins, utilizes the next-door full hall bath, and also delights with sparkling azure vistas. The laundry completes this floor.
