Belvedere's location on South Beach's Dune Ridge affords spectacular ocean views from the home's screen porches, decks on the first and second levels, as well as the widow’s walk/porch at the property's 3rd floor.
The home's rich, dark walnut floors will be the first thing you see when you enter Belvedere. They also hint at all the wonderful touches this gem has in store. The large flat-screen TV and plenty of comfortable seating are included. Three bedrooms are located off this hub, each with ocean views. The downstairs King Master Suite has a sitting area, large flat-screen TV, a desk for writing postcards, and a private bathroom with an en suite. This level also has a queen bedroom and one with two singles. These two bedrooms share a bathroom that is conveniently located off the hallway. This floor also houses the laundry room and provides access to the screen porch.
Upstairs, you will find a bright, spacious, open living area that flows into the kitchen and dining room. Enjoy the stunning views of South Beach while you relax and recharge. Or, gather your family to watch a movie on the big screen and have a conversation while lounging on the comfortable sofas and chairs. The adjacent dining room is elegantly decorated and features a chandelier. The table can easily seat eight people. If alfresco dining is your preference, you can find a dining set on the screened porch. These options offer stunning seascapes that will ensure pleasant meals.
The extra-large granite island is ideal for informal munching. The island is great for prepping culinary masterpieces. It is also part of the high-end chef’s dream-kitchen, which is fully stocked with cookware/dishware, and equipped with stainless appliances as well as custom European-style frameless cabinets.
A second King Master Suite is also located on this level. The vaulted ceilings are reminiscent of the outdoors and will be a great feature. The en-suite bath features a custom-tiled tub and dual sinks.
The widow's walk is located on the top floor of this property. Its views are stunning (and this third-floor renders yet another location at the retreat to de-stress and catch some rays-or just breathe in Bald Head’s serenity).
Belvedere also offers internet access, a gas barbecue (conveniently located at the second level), and two golf carts, one for each four-passenger and one for six. Belvedere is the perfect place to spend your vacation.
