Secluded, yet right in the middle of all you could want, this two-bedroom/2.5-bath townhome is perfect for families and those looking to relax and enjoy the finest beaches in the US right outside your door!
Relax on one of two decks looking out over the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the best sunsets Florida has to offer from the deck outside your bedroom!
This townhome is in Seagrove Beach, Florida (on the Panhandle), and is a part of Walton Dunes Townhomes. It's located south of scenic Highway 30-A, next to Deer Park, on a secluded stretch of the Emerald Coast. Yet it's only minutes from golfing, deep-sea fishing, shopping, restaurants, and fun for all. Seagrove Beach is approximately halfway between Destin and Panama City Beach -- and only minutes from Seaside, Grayton, and Rosemary Beach.
For those unfamiliar with this part of the Florida Panhandle, the beaches of 30-A are known as the Emerald Coast because of the unique clear-to-turquoise waters and sugar-white sand of its beaches. It's also known for its natural beauty, the lack of high-rise condos, and a relaxed family atmosphere. No over-commercialization here.
This townhome is beachfront, right on the Gulf of Mexico. Walk out the door to enjoy all the fun! Fish right from the beach, rent bikes, go for a swim, or raft in the waves. Or just wander along the beach and enjoy the view -- it's up to you. Just bring plenty of sunscreen!
Enjoy the convenience of reserved, private, drive-under parking (no crispy hot cars), an outdoor shower to keep the sand outside, a full-size kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer. Amenities include 3 TVs, 3 DVD/VCRs, DVD players, 3 CD/radios, and a selection of videos, tunes, puzzles, books, and games for you and the kids to enjoy! We even provide a blender for those tropical drinks that just seem to be necessary whenever you're at the beach!
This townhome sleeps six, but unfortunately cannot allow pets. It is strictly a non-smoking environment.
We are within a day's drive of most major southern cities.
We typically rent Saturday to Saturday. We offer discounts for multi-week stays, and discounts when you refer a friend. Please book early to ensure availability.
Decorated in a funky-and-fun Caribbean decor, you will love the feel of the beach as soon as you enter! Bright, beachy colors, a fully stocked kitchen, and many entertainment items are included; you will want for nothing.

We do NOT offer a sub-par, generic rental condo. Our standards are reflected by the 350+ thread count sheets we have on all our beds. Supplied for your use are full sets of linens, towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella, a cooler, koozies to keep your drinks cold, beach toys for kids, an initial supply of paper and soap products and much, much more! All you need to bring is family, friends, food, drink, and a desire to enjoy the vacation of a lifetime.
