The Bridgepoint Condominiums are the best mid-priced condos in the River Run area. They were built 15-25 years ago and all have fireplaces, VCR, microwaves and access to a hot tub. Some condo floor plans are on one level and others are two levels. Decors will be updated, some very nicely remodeled. The Bridgepoint Condominiums are a good opportunity for its proximity to lifts and town at a moderate rate.
The Bridgepoint Condos are right next to Trail Creek and offer easy access to ski lifts and downtown Ketchum
Unit types range from 1+den, 2BR, 2+Loft, 3BR
Most have either Queen, King or split king size bed configurations
Some units have stack washer/dryer

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before final payment will result in a loss of 10% of the rent for the stay, plus 5% reservations fee.
Cancellation after final payment will result in a loss of 100% of rent, plus non-refundable 5% reservations fee, plus damage waiver. Please see Terms & Conditions below for payment schedule.
In the event that we are able to rebook the property the fees will be 10% of the rent for the stay, plus non-refundable 5% reservations fee.
NO SNOW POLICY: If either the Challenger or Lookout lifts at Sun Valley Resort/Bald Mountain are not operating less than 72 hours prior to arrival, the guest may have their reservations honored at any of ResortQuest International's other 32 North American and Canadian resort locations.
Check-In Time
Check-in time is 4 PM. If you would like an earlier check-in please let our offices know as far in advance as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Check-Out Time
Check-out time is 10 AM. If you would like a later departure please let our offices know as far in advance as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Housekeeping Services
For Condominiums, townhomes and homes, stays of less than seven nights do not receive a mid-stay cleaning. For stays of seven to fourteen nights, one mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of fifteen to twenty-one nights, two mid-stay cleans are included. Additional towel trade outs are offered free of charge with 24 hours notice. Extra housekeeping can be arranged at $30 per hour.
STAYS FOR 2 NIGHTS OR LESS WILL BE CHARGED A CLEANING FEE BASED ON UNIT TYPE. $75 for a Studio or 1 Bedroom Unit, $95 for a 2 Bedroom Unit, $150 for a 3 Bedroom Unit, $175 for a 4 Bedroom , $190 for a 5 Bedroom Unit. Lofts are considered bedrooms. 1st Deposit: One-half of rent and 5% reservation fee due at time of booking. Inside the final payment period, full payment is due within 48 hours of booking.

Larger condos and homes - 60 days before arrival
Christmas (all properties) - 60 days before arrival
Stay of a month or more - 60 days before arrival.

Damage Waiver: Our Damage Waiver protects you against any incidental/accidental damages to the unit that are reported to the front desk prior to departure, will not be charged to guest's credit card held as a security deposit. (This benefit does not include damages deemed to be excessive, malicious or negligent.)

Travel Insurance: Is a percentage of your total rate. Travel insurance can be declined at time of booking and added at a later date. Travel insurance must be added no later than 30 days prior to arrival. See your reservation totals for final amount.
