The home is three bedrooms and two baths with a lovely dock and boat access. The home sits at the end of a quiet cove leading to a 5,000 acre crystal clean lake. If offers 1950 square feet of living space along with 300 square feet of upstairs and downstairs porches.
A marina is within 1/4 mile that rents jet skis and pontoon boats along with full fuel services. You are 45 minutes from the Nascar Charlotte Motor Speedway, The "Rock" Nascar motor speedway at Rockingham Speedway.
Pinehurst golfing and many more local courses within 45 minutes of the lakehouse. Charlotte, North Carolina is within 60 minutes and Albemarle, NC within 15 minutes.
If you want a break from the water sports you can indulge in world class fishing on Lake Tillery that has been the location of numerous bass tournaments.
