Stretch Island Beach Home Rental!!!
Great for family reunions, weddings, etc. Our 2800sq ft, WIFI enabled beach home is located on exclusive Stretch Island in South Puget Sound. Enjoy our 2 story, 2 living room, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, plus a lovely little 1 bedroom 1 bath guest cottage at the back of the property. Situated on .5 acres, our beach front home is available for year round rental. 1 hour 45 minute drive from Seattle. Gorgeous views. 100 feet of beach front property with private beach, swimming, oysters, clam digging, salmon fishing, fire pit for evening campfire, big yard for entertaining are some of the things that you can enjoy here.
Additional Rate Information
Minimum stay - 2 nights. Please contact us via email or telephone to reserve your dates. Once dates are confimed, you will need to send us a check for the first night ($325). Upon check-in, a $200 refundable damage deposit (All damage costs will be paid by the renter), a $100 cleaning fee(non-refundable), and remaining balance are due in full. Room rates are subject to state and local taxes (10.4%).
All payments should be paid by personal check.
You may also make some of the payments using PayPal. Please contact owner!!!!
If you cancel your reservation within 30 days of arrival, you will forfeit your first night deposit.

Please be considerate of our home and yard and nearby friends/neighbors--you must supervise and clean up after your pet; your pet must be leashed and confined to our yard when outside. In the house, pets are to be confined to noncarpeted areas. |

Our two story beach home is equipped with FREE high speed internet access/wireless,
fresh bed linens and towels, full kitchen equipped with all of your basic kitchen needs.
Dining table seats 8 people and the living room is nicely appointed with leather sofa/chair.
Three spacious bedrooms with ample storage. Bring your personal items, food, beach
gear, golf gear, and great weather to enjoy this wonderful life on the water. Don't forget to
bring your bicycles and walking shoes.
An additional guest house is available with shower and toilet at the back of the property
and sleeps 4.
When the tide comes in it’s all about swimming and playing in the water at your private
beach. When the tide goes out explore the beach where special appearances are made
by an innumerable amount of wildlife ranging from oysters, jellyfish, interesting birds, rock
crabs and star fish.
Fair Harbor Marina is located 1 mile away.
27 holes of golf located at Lakeland Village Golf Club. Just 10 minutes away.
