Property Information
Our wonderful property is excellent for family reunions, weddings or group gathering with all updated amenities that a private residential home can offer.
Sits on .5 acres, our 2800sq ft. beach front house is available for year round rental.
You will find it just one hour 45 minute drive from Seattle on the exclusive Stretch Island in South Puget Sound.
Enjoy our WIFI enabled comfortable two story house that has 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps 7 along with a cosy detached lovely little 1 bedroom 1 bath guest cottage at the back of the property that sleeps 5. They are all equipped with fresh bed linens and towels.
The top floor’s living room is nicely appointed with leather sofa, chairs and a stereo to listen to your favourite tunes. The dining area has a large round table that seats 8 people.
Take in the gorgeous view from our fully equipped kitchen with all of your basic kitchen needs or fire up the BBQ which is just outside on the balcony for your convenience. There is one spacious bedroom with ample storage and a bathroom on this level as well as a pantry with the full size washer and dryer.
Downstairs living room has sofa and a loveseat, TV with VCR / DVD and is more of a recreational room where the kids love to hang out. That level has two more bedrooms and a bathroom.
Enjoy a wonderful life on the water.
On our 100 feet of no bank water front property is perfect spot for oysters picking and clam digging.
When the tide comes in it’s all about swimming, playing in the water at your private beach. When you get tired of it just relax on our patio. Watch the boats manoeuvre under the Island’s only bridge.
When the tide goes out explore the beach where special appearances are made by an innumerable amount of wildlife ranging from interesting birds, oysters, jellyfish, rock crabs, star fish and another unique creature the Sand Dollar.
Kids’ other favourite is our big yard with a fire pit for evening campfire and story time.
Don't forget to bring your fishing pole, bicycles, kayaks, and walking shoes. Pack your golf gear to play on the nearby Lakeland Village Golf Course 10 minutes away.
You can also meet up with your boating friends at the FairHarbor Marina.

To confirm your reservation, you will need to send us a check for the first night deposit +10.4%tax.
Upon check-in the remaining balance are due in full.
On arrival we also require a $100 cleaning fee (non-refundable), and $200 refundable damage deposit. All damage costs will be paid by the renter.
Room rates are subject to state and local taxes (10.4%).
