Property Information
This unit is new to the rental market and all of the contents are new as well. Furnished with luxury accommodations, you will certainly find a comfortable place to relax and enjoy Seagrove. The family room/dining room and kitchen are on the first floor and the 2 bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom, located on the front, has a private balcony, TV/DVD/VCR, King Size bed, walk in closet and armoire. The 2nd bedroom overlooks the pool, also has a private balcony, TV/DVD, 2 twin beds and walk in closet.
Downstairs, their is a 32 inch flat screen TV/DVD/VCR with a queen pull out couch. The patio overlooks the lush pool area and green space between. It is a very quiet and relaxing location in the complex. The kitchen is fully stocked with microwave, dishwasher, fridge and range. Stainless steel accessories, all new china and utensils, and a full pantry area will make your stay more like home.
The Cassine Garden community is directly across the street from the gulf on 30-A in the heart of Seagrove. There are 2 pools, tennis courts, basketball, a pond, walking trails and it adjoins the Point Washington State Forest. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes but the peace and quiet of Cassine make it an ideal choice for a beach & nature lover's vacation.
