New 4 bedroom 2 bath cedar sideded ranch contemporary interior home features many modern conveniences, surely becoming your favorite vacation home. The master bedroom has a king size bed, master bathroom features a whirlpool tub. 3 other bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Full bathroom in hallway. The living room features a gas fireplace, 2 queen size sofa sleepers, a big screen high definition TV with surround sound, satellite/direct tv and a cd/dvd/mp3/mpeg/avi player. Cathedral ceilings and an open floor plan make this home even more desirable. The full kitchen features all stainless steel appliances. Home also offers a large dining room table, wireless Internet (please bring your own laptop) and a washer and dryer. On a cul de sac location the spacious deck, grill and fire pit (coming this spring) makes spending time outside with nature very enjoyable.
Additional Rate Information
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 12 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation. Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay. American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover only.
