Each of the other bedrooms has a queen bed (one bedroom w/tv). The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, television and DVD player. The full kitchen with dishwasher is open to the dining area and the patio doors let in a lot of natural light. You have a large laundry and storage room with washer and dryer. The deck faces the wooded area for a serene setting. Charcoal grill, table and chairs make this a natural choice. Your just a short walk from one of the outdoor pools and golf course and the full service restaurant, bar, fitness, indoor pool and game room area.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 8 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 6 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation.
