Property Information
Located just 16 miles west of the summit of Stevens Pass in Skykomish, Cedar Sky Cabin is a charming home with great access to all that the Sky Valley and Stevens Pass area has to offer. This 1990's built cabin can accommodate up to 7, with stylish log furniture in two of the three bedrooms and an open living, dining and kitchen area to enjoy the company of family and friends. Sliding glass doors open to the deck with a NEW HOT TUB set by the outdoor fire pit, and the Skykomish River is just a short walk away. The cabin is situated amongst tall trees at the end of a county maintained road for easy winter access and a little added privacy. With all the modern comforts of home such as high speed internet, Digitial Satellite and TV/ DVD, Cedar Sky Cabin is the perfect retreat for anyone after a day of adventure and recreation.

| Check In: Check-in is at 4pm. If the cabin is not occupied the night before your arrival, you may be able to arrive early. Unless you have arranged an early arrival time, please do not arrive early to allow us time to prepare the cabin for you. |
| Check Out: Check out is at 11am. Your prompt departure is appreciated so we can prepare the cabin for the next guests. If the cabin is not booked the night of your departure, a later departure time may be possible. If you have not arranged for a late check-out, you |
| Required Stay: 2 night stay required, 3 night minimum on holidays. 1 night stays MAY be arranged last minute if the property is still available, but will still include cleaning and tax. |
| Deposits: A reservation can be made with a 20% deposit paid by credit card when the reservation is made. Full payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If a check (payable to Mysty Mountain Properties, LLC) or money order is not received by the due date, the balance will be charged to your credit card. The credit card must have an expiration date that extends beyond your stay. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment with Visa or Master Card is due when the reservation is made. If Guest(s) has no Visa or Master Card, a cash payment can be arranged which will include an additional $200 to $500 refundable security deposit (Two to five hundred dollars depending on the property and/or pets). This security deposit will be returned within one week of the departure date, provided the keys are returned to the lock box, there is no breakage or damage to the premises and/or contents, there are no outstanding long distance phone or pay-per-view charges, no additional cleaning costs and all other rules of this agreement are adhered to. A $35.00 service charge will be incurred for any returned checks. |

| Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and reschedules may be made up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation and we will refund 75% of your deposit, or you can credit your full deposit to a future reservation. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less notice there will be no refund unless we are able to rebook the cabin. In this case MMP will refund 90% of the days that are re-booked. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing. No refunds will be issued due to acts of nature such as; weather, road conditions, snow conditions power outages or forest fires. If the property is uninhabitable due to such circumstances, reservations can be rescheduled for future dates within one year of the reservation date. |

| Other Policies: As a condition to the rental of all Vacation Properties, MMP reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for any and all Guest/Invitee caused losses and damages sustained to the Vacation Property throughout the duration of their stay of occupancy.
