Property Information
This spacious newly constructed home offers unsurpassed quality and luxurious amenities coupled with an ideal location just off US 2 between Stevens Pass and Leavenworth on Nason Creek. The big and bright lodge can accommodate up to 10 with two bathrooms, queen beds in both Master Bedrooms, and a larger bonus bedroom with four beds. The immaculately clean kitchen has a breakfast counter to gather around and is open to the dining and living area, so chef can prepare those gourmet meals and still be part of the fun. Large sliding glass doors open from the dining area to the large deck where you can hear the sounds of Nason Creek while relaxing in the hot tub or grilling up a meal. Cozy up with a loved one around the fireplace or reunite with family and friends- Sunland Lodge is the perfect place for everyone!

| Payment Options: A reservation can be made with Visa or Master Card when the reservation is made. If Guest(s) has no Visa or Master Card, a cash payment can be arranged which will include an additional $200 to $500 refundable security deposit (Two to five hundred dollars |
| Check In: Check-in is at 4pm. If the cabin is not occupied the night before your arrival, you may be able to arrive early. Unless you have arranged an early arrival time, please do not arrive early to allow us time to prepare the cabin for you. |
| Check Out: Check out is at 11am. Your prompt departure is appreciated so we can prepare the cabin for the next guests. If the cabin is not booked the night of your departure, a later departure time may be possible. If you have not arranged for a late check-out, you |
| Required Stay: 2 night stay required, 3 night minimum on holidays. 1 night stays MAY be arranged last minute if the property is still available, but will still include cleaning and tax. |
| Deposits: A reservation can be made with a 20% deposit paid by credit card when the reservation is made. Full payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If a check (payable to Mysty Mountain Properties, LLC) or money order is not received by the due date, the balance will be charged to your credit card. The credit card must have an expiration date that extends beyond your stay. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment with Visa or Master Card is due when the reservation is made. If Guest(s) has no Visa or Master Card, a cash payment can be arranged which will include an additional $200 to $500 refundable security deposit (Two to five hundred dollars depending on the property and/or pets). This security deposit will be returned within one week of the departure date, provided the keys are returned to the lock box, there is no breakage or damage to the premises and/or contents, there are no outstanding long distance phone or pay-per-view charges, no additional cleaning costs and all other rules of this agreement are adhered to. A $35.00 service charge will be incurred for any returned checks. |

| Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and reschedules may be made up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation and we will refund 75% of your deposit, or you can credit your full deposit to a future reservation. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less notice there will be no refund unless we are able to rebook the cabin. In this case MMP will refund 90% of the days that are re-booked. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing. No refunds will be issued due to acts of nature such as; weather, road conditions, snow conditions power outages or forest fires. If the property is uninhabitable due to such circumstances, reservations can be rescheduled for future dates within one year of the reservation date. |

| Other Policies: As a condition to the rental of all Vacation Properties, MMP reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for any and all Guest/Invitee caused losses and damages sustained to the Vacation Property throughout the duration of their stay of occupancy.
