Property Information
Wild Wilderness Lodge is a custom built 2800 sq ft geodesic dome set on 10.5 secluded acres and surrounded by the beautiful Wild Sky Wilderness Area (the first federally protected land in Washington State in over 20 years!)
The lush landscape plays host to an environmentally friendly view home with thought in every detail. Saddle up to the bar stools and chat with the cook in the remodeled kitchen with paper-stone counters and gorgeous alder cabinetry, or play games and dine around the 8 person table. The family room offers HDTV/ stereo, ample seating, and a stone hearth surrounded wood stove and two sets of sliding doors for easy access to the view deck. A beautiful reclaimed pine staircase leads to the loft area set up with TV/ stereo and 2 queen beds (with plenty of room for more!). The expansive lower floor has a full bath and is similarly set up, with 2 queen beds and a full futon. The main floor master suite also has a full bath with a luxurious soaking tub.
Outdoor enthusiasts will rejoice in the endless recreational opportunities: fishing, kayaking, hiking, riding trails, climbing, skiing and snowboarding at Stevens Pass- all just minutes away. Upon your return, enjoy an outdoor shower, relax in the hot tub, warm up in the sauna, toast s'mores by the outdoor fire pit, take in mountain views and cook dinner on the propane grill outside on the expansive log rail deck.
The animal loving owners have built an enclosed dog run with dog doors to the main floor of the house, and to the garage, so if you decide to take a night out without the pets you can rest assured knowing they have shelter with access to the outside. Enclosed pastures and a small barn are available for pack animals, and the popular Cody Ridge Trail is just a few miles away.
Nature trails on the property wind through beautiful native wildflowers and plants, deep into the woods where you may even come across a babbling brook fed by a trickling waterfall! A garden and hammock can be enjoyed when it is warmer, and the two car garage is useful year round for parking- or ping pong!
This stunning and unique home was created to be a cozy retreat for two, but spacious enough for up to 14. The incredible scenery is ideal for special occasions and events, and our friendly staff is available to help with arrangements for weddings, corporate retreats, and other larger gatherings.

| Check In: Check-in is at 4pm. If the cabin is not occupied the night before your arrival, you may be able to arrive early. Unless you have arranged an early arrival time, please do not arrive early to allow us time to prepare the cabin for you. |

| Required Stay: 2 night stay required, 3 night minimum on holidays. 1 night stays MAY be arranged last minute if the property is still available, but will still include cleaning and tax. |
| Deposits: A reservation can be made with a 20% deposit paid by credit card when the reservation is made. Full payment is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If a check (payable to Mysty Mountain Properties, LLC) or money order is not received by the due date, the balance will be charged to your credit card. The credit card must have an expiration date that extends beyond your stay. If a reservation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival, full payment with Visa or Master Card is due when the reservation is made. If Guest(s) has no Visa or Master Card, a cash payment can be arranged which will include an additional $200 to $500 refundable security deposit (Two to five hundred dollars depending on the property and/or pets). This security deposit will be returned within one week of the departure date, provided the keys are returned to the lock box, there is no breakage or damage to the premises and/or contents, there are no outstanding long distance phone or pay-per-view charges, no additional cleaning costs and all other rules of this agreement are adhered to. A $35.00 service charge will be incurred for any returned checks. |

| Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and reschedules may be made up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation and we will refund 75% of your deposit, or you can credit your full deposit to a future reservation. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less notice there will be no refund unless we are able to rebook the cabin. In this case MMP will refund 90% of the days that are re-booked. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing. No refunds will be issued due to acts of nature such as; weather, road conditions, snow conditions power outages or forest fires. If the property is uninhabitable due to such circumstances, reservations can be rescheduled for future dates within one year of the reservation date. |

| Other Policies: As a condition to the rental of all Vacation Properties, MMP reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for any and all Guest/Invitee caused losses and damages sustained to the Vacation Property throughout the duration of their stay of occupancy.

We spent four nights at this retreat. The privacy was awesome and the surrounding acreage was fun to explore. We found a little waterfall back in the mossy woods. Our dog, Taylor, enjoyed having her own door, deck and courtyard. The hot tub and sauna came in handy on the cold nights.
