Clean spacious home just six miles from Wisconsin Dells. Property has deeded access to a small lake. Our 1900 square foot home has a well equipped, large kitchen with glass top stove, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, mixer, four slice toaster, etc. For your viewing pleasure, there is a 46" LCD television above the fireplace in the living room and a second 26" LCD television in the Master bedroom. Directv is provided.
There is a brand new LG Front Loading High Efficiency washer and a dryer, gas grill, covered deck, large yard, two dvd players and a selection of dvds.
The kitchen has seating for six with seating for four more off the kitchen in the dining room.
There are two and a half bathrooms. One full bath has a jucuzzi tub and shower and the second, in the Master Bedroom, has a soaking tub and a four foot shower. The third bathroom has a sink and toilet.
There are three bedrooms. The smallest has two twin beds, the middle has a Queen pillowtop bed, night stands,lamps and dresser, the Master Bedroom has a King air bed with three hundred thread count sheets, two night stands,lamps, dresser, and walk in closet.There are also two full size hide-a-beds. All towels and bedding are furnished. The living room and all bedrooms have quiet, Hunter, ceiling fans. The home also has central air.
You may use the fire pit in the yard, but firewood must be purchased locally. Arbor Lake is across the street and down a short path. It's not a large lake, however, it's quiet and fun to splash around in. If you have a small boat and don't mind carrying it to the lake, you can paddle around.
You are close to all Dells attractions here. We are only 2.1 miles from the 90/94 interstate off exit 85 so you can jump back on the interstate and go up an exit or just stay on highway 12/16 to the Dells. It's less than ten minutes.
The nearest Wisconsin River boat landing is only a couple of miles away. There are several boating options before you even get to the Dells, as well as horse back riding; an auto racing track; hay rides; a farm stand that sells fresh eggs and vegetables in the summer; and much, much more.
