Villa Capri, our Miramar Beach, Florida vacation rental is an amazing retreat for fun filed vacations. Emerald green waters and sugary white sandy beaches near Villa Capri offer not only the amazing vistas but also lot of recreation and beachside activities.
This three-story Miramar Beach vacation rental home is spacious enough to accommodate 29 vacationers and is just perfect for hosting wedding functions or large family gatherings. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with king-size beds and well fitted attached bathrooms. Also there is a bunkroom with two bunk beds for kids. The living area features a plasma TV and an iPod docking station to keep you wired with your favorite music. The wet bar with a fine brew collection comes handy for hosting those evening cocktail parties while you grill your favorite food at the private gas barbecue.
On the second floor of our Miramar Beach house rental there is a fully equipped kitchen to cook some scrumptious meals for your group. It also has a bedroom with attached bath and a king-size bed. A grand dining table with a sitting capacity for 25 guests is perfect for a group feast and the private furnished balcony is just right for retiring over with your favored drinks and books. Regretfully, our non smoking Miramar Beach vacation home cannot accommodate your beloved pets.
There is a game area with pool table, foosball, game table, large plasma TV and another beach facing balcony on the third floor. Bedrooms are elegantly furnished with a queen-size bed, a double bed and twin beds. There is a TV with cable connection, VCR and CD/Stereo system to keep you hooked to your favorite movies, shows and music. There is wireless Internet connectivity available for you to catch up with emails or surf the web. This Miramar Beach house near beach features a private swimming pool for you to revel in and if you want to burn some extra calories, then there are superb exercise facilities available.
If golf is your passion, then during your stay at our Miramar Beach home near golf course, you can tee off on the beautifully manicured and maintained greens. The beaches are wonderful- clear blue warm sea, white and pink sandy beaches- everything one would expect during vacationing at a wonderful beachside destination. Apart from the usual beach activities, this Miramar Beach house near beach also has easy access to fishing, sailing, and jet skiing, There are fantastic cafes and restaurants nearby which offer mouthwatering seafood and will delight your senses and tastes with a wide variety of delicacies.
