Property Information
The Ship’s Store is located on Broad Creek, since 1985 this cottage has been known as the Osprey Marina’s Ship’s Store, but has recently been remodeled into this fantastic waterfront cottage. The Ship’s Store is only 1/4 mile to the ICW and is conveniently located between Morehead City and Swansboro. Enjoy fishing in the Bogue Inlet one day and the Beaufort Inlet the next. The Ship’s Store is also located about an hour from Cape Lookout.
The Crystal Coast has so much to offer from beautiful beaches to excellent shopping to historical landmarks, great restaurants and much more, but you will get a chance to experience first hand what locals call the sound. You will enjoy anchoring your boat and catching fish or anchoring your boat near a shoal, it’s like the beach, but without the hustle and bustle. Just smooth sailing! Wake up, walk to the boat and your off.
Home features1 bedroom with a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, 1 bath, flat panel TV, Home theater system, sundeck with patio furniture, grill, microwave, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and much more. There is a boat ramp which you will have access to for free, but you will only need it twice (to get your boat in and get your boat out), because you will receive a boat slip to use for the duration of your stay. Relax on the sundeck or under the covered deck.
Fisherman! This is the place you will want to be, whether you are looking for a men’s week away, a little family time, or some romantic time, you will truly enjoy this cottage.

| Lodging Tax: Taxes. At the time of printing all rents are subject to 7.75% NC sales tax, 5% Carteret County occupancy tax, for a total of 12.75%. |
| Cancellation Policy: Cancellation. In the event of a cancellation by Tenant, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made by Tenant, less an administrative fee of $100 if the Premises are re-rented on the terms set forth herein. If the Premises are not re-rented on the terms set forth herein, Tenant will not be entitled to a refund of any rent payment made hereunder. Whether or not the Premises are re-rented, Tenant, rather than Agent, shall be responsible for seeking reimbursement of any fees paid by Tenant to Agent for goods, services, or benefits procured by Agent from third parties for the benefit of Tenant that may have been paid out prior to Tenant’s cancellation. |
