Property Information
Mysty Mountain Cabin is located on the banks of the Skykomish River just 15 miles west of Stevens Pass in the North Central Cascades. It's a scenic and secluded get-away ideal for a romantic weekend with a loved one or a week of recreation and adventure for the whole family.
Situated on five wooded acres, this Non-Smoking cabin is surrounded by Cedars, Douglas Firs, Maples, Apple Trees, a sizable back yard, and a scenic mountain view. The newly remodeled, 850 square foot, three bedroom interior features a bright and spacious atmosphere. With its pine ceilings and floors, stone fireplace with panoramic window wood stove, 500 square foot patio with hydro-therapy hot tub, and digital satellite TV. Mysty Mountain offers a rustic cabin feel coupled with the luxuries of modern living!

* $50 Cleaning Fee and 8.6% Washington State Sales and Lodging Tax will be added to ALL Rentals.
* Reservations can be made with a 20% deposit.

| Payment Options: A reservation can be made with Visa or Master Card when the reservation is made. If Guest(s) has no Visa or Master Card, a cash payment can be arranged which will include an additional $200 to $500 refundable security deposit (Two to five hundred dollars |
| Check In: Check-in is at 4pm. If the cabin is not occupied the night before your arrival, you may be able to arrive early. Unless you have arranged an early arrival time, please do not arrive early to allow us time to prepare the cabin for you. |
| Check Out: Check out is at 11am. Your prompt departure is appreciated so we can prepare the cabin for the next guests. If the cabin is not booked the night of your departure, a later departure time may be possible. |
| Required Stay: 2 night stay required, 3 night minimum on holidays. 1 night stays MAY be arranged last minute if the property is still available, but will still include cleaning and tax. |
| Deposits: 20% deposit is required to make reservation, balance due 30 days prior to arrival |
| Lodging Tax: 8.6% |
| Cancellation Policy: Cancellations and reschedules may be made up to 30 days before the first day of your reservation. If a cancellation or reschedule is made with less notice there will be no refund unless we are able to rebook the cabin in which case we will refund 90% of the days that are re-booked. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing. Deposits can be credited to a future reservation. No refunds will be issued due to acts of nature such as; weather, road conditions, snow conditions or forest fires. If the property is uninhabitable due to such circumstances, reservations can be rescheduled for future dates within one year of the reservation date. |
