Located on the shore of spectacular Rainbow Lake, this secluded and private townhouse is within 20 feet of the lake's edge. It has 1780 square feet of living space and features two bedrooms, a private sleeping loft, and two full baths. With an upper and lower deck overlooking the lake, enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the quiet calm of this picturesque lake. You'll see many species of waterfowl, muskrats, and, at last count, six bald eagles. Rainbow Lake is an 88 acre lake that offers outstanding fishing for rainbow trout, bass and catfish. Trout fishing is the best in early spring through summer and it is stocked numerous times by Arizona Game & Fish. Rooms are all set at unique angles that offer the best views of the lake. Fully furnished and equipped, this home also has two fireplaces (well stocked with firewood) including one in the Master Bedroom Suite (Very Romantic!). The large master bath also includes a two person spa tub!

Sunrise Ski Park is a 30 minute drive from the townhouse. Great trout fishing in the lake. Owners have caught several rainbows in the 22-24 inch range. Fish in the 8-13 inch size are plentiful, and relatively easy to catch.
