A private hot tub also awaits you on the way down to your own private dock.
The "west wing" contains another bedroom (double bed) and additional full bath. The den(queen sleeper sofa) is a perfect TV room with double doors to the large vaulted ceiling great room (queen sleeper sofa. A large, fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, two car garage, office with WiFi, lakeview dining area, large master suite walk-in closet and bath are some other of the amenities you will appreciate.
This home is located in a private lake community (Desert Harbor) and you will enjoy all the amenities of lake living. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets and great "catch and release" fishing right from your own backyard dock. Pontoon boat rental can be arranged as well (additional fee).
Location! Location! Location! There is easy access to the Loop 101 to reach Scottsdale, Downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport and the many golf courses in the area.
