Welcome to our Tucson, vacation condo rental at Ventana Canyon.
Perfectly located, our tastefully furnished ground floor condo rental is situated along the Ventana Canyon corridor adjacent to Loew's Ventana Canyon Hotel and Resort.
It's 3BR, 2BA's, split floorplans are ideal for large groups celebrating family reunions or a special trip to the Tucson Foothills with friends. Queen beds are in two of the bedrooms as well as a twin bed in the third bedroom. A queen sized convertible sofa-bed will sleep two more people in the living room. We have completely remodelled our condo rental with upgraded, stainless steel appliances, DVD, enhanced definition cable TV and are excited for you to view and rent it.
The lush Sonoran Desert is reflected in the well-kept grounds. You are immediately struck by the tall Saguaros, mesquite, and Palo Verde trees. It is less than a mile to the trailhead of the highly regarded Ventana Canyon Trail through the Flying V Ranch. There are two Tom Fazio designed golf courses nearby. The Sabino Canyon Recreation Area is less than 2 miles away. A major supermarket, fine restaurants and services are across the street.

Rental Rates (in US Dollars)
We prefer a one week (7 nights) minimum rental with a $250 refundable security deposit. To maintain a high standard of quality there is a $75 non-refundable cleaning fee.
July - September (off peak) $600/week
October-April $800
May- June $700/week

Activities on site include swimming in one of three pools in the complex, a keyed fitness center and a fitness walking trail.
Nearby is a gym and fitness center. Forty five minutes by car will get you to Mt Lemmon where you will find fishing, hiking, and rock climbing and (seasonal) downhill skiing/snowboarding activities.
