Our Lake Havasu Beauty has it all and a beautiful swimming pool and lakeview too! Our home has TWO master suites, each with full baths. This home has over 1500 sq.ft. of living space, and has a split floor plan for privacy. In the spacious living room, there is a queen size sofa bed for expanded occupancy. This home
sleeps 6-8 people, and comes fully-equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils, as well as bed & bath linens. There is plenty of seating space in the dining room area, as well as at the breakfast bar. In the living room also has an entertainment center complete with a TV, Satellite, and local cable access. A radio and alarm clocks are also provided. There is a large covered patio area with outdoor seating up to eight people for
outdoor dining. Also, there is a propane BBQ provided for your enjoyment. Our home is located within the north side of town, and is less than 5 minutes to the Windsor Beach launch ramp, the Nautical Inn, the London Bridge, and downtown shopping. There is ample RV / boat Parking on our property, with room for
