    Conceived and designed for family gatherings, reunions, wedding parties, and relaxation, A Point of View can be rented along with Azure Leisure for larger gatherings. These homes differ only slightly on the third and fourth floors.

    A Point of View is located at Highway 30-A and Cypress Hill Road, which is a private dead end street with no through traffic (very safe for children).

    Property is very well-maintained by the owners and their local property management company.

    The third floor features a large family room/dining room combination with half bath. A kitchen with granite counters, upscale appliances, and island providing sweeping views over Seaside and the Gulf also opens into this room. A large outside deck and walls of windows provide stunning views.

    One bedroom with its own private balcony, bathroom, and queen bed is on this floor. A custom made-for-comfort queen sleep sofa is in the family room.
