It Is The Responsibility Of The Guests To Let Their Furry Family Member In & Out Of The Backyard To Go Potty. It is also the responsibility of the guests to pick up any doggy doodoo left on the property. Any Accidents Inside Or Damages Inside Or Outside Resulting From A Pet Will Result In Loss Of Damage Deposit. Any Unauthorized Pets Will Result In Loss Of The Damage Deposit Plus Any Damages!

Kobey's Cozy Desert Casa is a wonderful home which can sleep up to 15 by using all 4 beds and the use of the wonderfully comfortable sectional sofa (sofa sleeps 2) and the 2 queen air mattresses (sleeps 4), as well as the Adjustable Chaise Sleeping Lounge located in the master bedroom which can sleep another adult or two children. There are 3 large pools and 2 hot tubs as well as a children's play pool, a huge children's playground with jungle gym, picnic areas, sand volley ball court, basketball, tennis, and desert jogging track all in the Tramonto subdivision!
