South Bay Bed and Breakfast is an award winning Washington State luxury lakeview Bed and Breakfast overlooking beautiful Lake Whatcom.
A stone's throw from Bellingham Washington, our bed and breakfast offers six lakeview rooms with private baths, oversized jetted tubs, fireplaces, private patios, comfortable furnishings, plush down comforters, Comfy Bath Robes, hand made soaps, and luxurious linens.
Relax in the Great Room next to the fireplace or out on the wrap around decking overlooking peaceful Lake Whatcom.
There is no other B & B like ours anywhere on or near Bellingham that offers such seclusion yet is close enough to fine dining, shopping and Mt Baker National Recreation area.

Daily Rates ( $145-$245 per room) are seasonal and based on availability. WEEKLY RATES AVAILABLE FOR 1 room to whole house. Contact Owner thru website, www.southbaybb.com
High Season - June thru September. Discount of 10% for stay of 5 or more nights. Rates are for 1 or 2 persons per room. $35.00 for extra person in room. First nights deposit is due upon making reservation. VISA, MC, AMEX, DISC. CHILDREN 12 and OVER WECLOME.
Cancellation Policy - Due to the nature of our small business, last minute cancellations greatly affect us. Reservations made within 7 days of arrival that cancel, will be charged the full amount of the booking. Advanced reservations that cancel within 14 days, will be ccharged the first nights desposit. Reservations that cancel with more than 14 days notice, full refund. The only exception is group bookings and wedding parties. All rooms must be paid for 30 days in advance and no refunds will be given if the rooms cannot be rebooked.
