Privacy and comfort, something every vacation home needs. This well shaded three bedroom home offers ample space for your family and friends, with a convenient location to our new golf course and indoor pool complex. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bedroom has a TV and large private bathroom with a garden style soaking tub. Relax and unwind after a full day in the Dells. The second bath is centrally located by the bedrooms and living area. The living room has a 2 way gas fireplace to be enjoyed while dining or watching a movie in the living room. The living room has a TV/DVD and comfortable furniture. There is a sitting room just off the kitchen area with two queen futons for extra sleeping. The kitchen has a dishwasher, lots of cupboard space, breakfast bar, and dining area. Office room located just off the kitchen - should you feel the need to work a little on your vacation. Washer and dryer and a 2 car attached garage with walk out patio. The patio is fully enclosed with railing making it a safe spot for your dog or young children to play. You also have a fully enclosed large deck, firepit area, dog run, charcoal grill and patio furniture, please bring extra camp chairs for around the fire! This home is pet friendly, dogs only. Sorry no puppies allowed, no rotweilers or pitbulls. Pet charge is $10 per pet/per night.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 10 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 6 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation.
