There is crown molding throughout, and every door and window is fully trimmed with rosettes. Professionally designed with contemporary furnishings and fixtures, this historic bungalow has been stylishly reimagined and glows with cottage charm, elegance and attention to detail.

Living Spaces:

This airy, open design of the kitchen/living/dining space truly makes this one-story house so inviting, enchanting and perfect for entertaining guests. The living room has warm-neutral tones, travertine tile floors, ten-foot ceilings with recessed lighting, and a beautiful tropical ceiling fan with natural palm blades. There’s a gorgeous entertainment cabinet with a granite top, and an elegant decorative bronze floor lamp.

Hues of blue and cockleshell gray are added to the sofa, armchairs, oversize divan, and seascape wall art. Tranquil, coastal ambiance best describes the feeling of this living room. Cozy up on the sofa for relaxing conversation, pleasure reading, or streaming your favorite shows or movies on the wall-mounted SmartTV. The living room sofa is a queen size sleeper.

Leading off from the main living area is a laundry room, with a full-sized LG front-loading washer and dryer. Even when you’re on vacation, the laundry never stops!

The fully equipped kitchen also has a toaster, coffee maker, Farberware pots and pans, cooking utensils, Chicago cutlery, iron and ironing board, as well as a garbage disposal unit.

The kitchen opens out to the formal dining table (nestled between the kitchen and living room). The layout of this space makes entertaining a breeze! The chef is never isolated from the social atmosphere, and mouthwatering culinary aromas will waft through the living space.

The formal, classic, hardwood oval dining table has six upholstered chairs below a simple and elegant chandelier. This charming, one-story beach cottage has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. Every bedroom has a spa-like ensuite bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower by the pool. Bedrooms have luxury mattresses, silent ceiling fans and large smart TVs. Bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, hairdryers, and toiletries. The cottage has whisper-quiet air conditioning, which will keep the house as cool as you like it when the sun shines, and on hot nights, ensuring you a restful sleep.

The primary bedroom has a gorgeous four-poster/sleigh-style, king-size bed, matching nightstands, elegant reading lamps, a large closet, a granite top dresser, and a 10-foot, decorative, lighted tray ceiling. The primary ensuite bathroom has a single-sink granite vanity and a custom tiled walk-in shower. Sliding glass doors from the primary suite open out to the courtyard, pool, and gardens.

Bedroom #2 has an incredible, carved, hardwood four-poster queen size bed, elegant matching nightstands and reading lamps, abundant windows, a closet, and coastal wall art. The ensuite bathroom for bedroom #2 features an extra large, single-sink granite vanity, and a custom tiled walk-in shower.

Lush palms, hibiscus, frangipani, tropical trees, and shrubs planted around a heated lagoon pool invoke a Caribbean island ambiance.

The large pool has a hidden surprise that will delight the very young and the young at heart! Two deck jets arc water high into the air and three further jets bubble up from the large shallow section at one end. These fountains serve to circulate the water and provide playful fun!

There is also a 38” granite table top in the pool, surrounded by a built-in sitting area. The table sits just above the water so that a book will stay dry, while your lower body remains cool in the water. There’s even a hole in the table center for a patio umbrella, so you can stay cool while the sun is high in the sky. There’s also a hot and cold outdoor shower to clean yourself off after emerging from the ocean or pool. Who doesn’t love an outdoor shower in the fragrant, island air?

The gorgeous paver patio offers plenty of lounge chairs where you can relax with a good book, a cocktail, or simply sunbathe and nap. There’s a side courtyard with an alfresco dining table with seating for four, shaded by an umbrella, and a gas BBQ grill. The Neighborhood:

Swim in the turquoise Gulf of Mexico where dolphins play daily. Bring your fishing gear to cast a line off the pier, or rent a boat to get out on deep water and fish. Walk to 14 different restaurants! The prime location offers an easy stroll to boutiques, entertainment, grocery market, and pharmacy. Nearby are boat rentals, and sunset cruises, as well as jet ski, bike, paddleboard, scooter, and kayak rentals.

This seven-mile barrier island is Florida’s best-kept secret. There’s a saying here; “when you're on Anna Maria Island, you don’t go to the beach… because, on Anna Maria Island, you’re already at the beach.”

Be sure to visit Anna Maria City Pier! Built in the early 1900s, this 700-foot-long pier provides a great vantage point for watching sunrises and sunsets, bird watching, and dolphin watching, and provides views of Tampa Bay and the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. You can also fish off this pier.

Bridge Street Pier, located on the southern end of the island in Bradenton Beach, honors the past while still embracing the future with its ‘Old Florida’ charm mixed with new restaurants, shops, galleries, and more.

The island, surrounded by water and interlaced with canals, is host to many amazing sea creatures - among them are Loggerhead Turtles, Manatees, and dolphins. Loggerhead turtles are a protected species and we have the Turtle Watch - a group of wonderful folks who search the beaches for nests and protect those nests until the eggs hatch (it is illegal for anyone to tamper with the nests). Manatees are also protected here in Florida - they are commonly seen in the summer when they leave their winter warm waters and migrate south.
